Healthmark Academy is an educational platform created by Healthmark, A Getinge company, offering training and resources primarily for healthcare professionals in sterile processing, infection prevention, and medical device reprocessing. Healthmark Academy aims to enhance knowledge, skills, and compliance with industry standards and best practices for staff and patient safety.

Yes, creating an account is required to access courses, track progress, and earn continuing education (CE) credits on Healthmark Academy. An account allows you to access educational resources, and receive certificates for completed courses.

To create an account on Healthmark Academy:

1. On the Healthmark Academy website, look for the "Create Account" button
2. Fill in your information, including your name, password, email address, and any other required details.
3. Review and confirm all the information is correct, then click "Create Account"

Once registered, you’ll be able to log in, enroll in webinars, and track your CE credits.

Yes.  For each product/program in Healthmark Academy, you will see a green "Register" button:

This is how you register yourself for the program.  Once you're registered, you will be able to view content, take quizzes, and get your CE certificate for that learning.

To find your CE credit on Healthmark Academy, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Healthmark Academy account.
2. Click "Dashboard"
3. Select "Transcript/Achievements", this is where you'll see a list of courses you've completed.
4. Locate the course you completed for CE credit and click on it to view details.
5. Your CE certificate should be available for download after course completion. Look for a "Download Certificate" or "View Certificate" option.

CE's that are completed within the Healthmark Academy system after the launch date of 11/22/2024 will be tracked and accessible in your "Transcript", but anything that was completed prior to that date is not tracked here.

YES!  If you're HSPA certified, one of the exciting features of Healthmark Academy is that all CE's earned on the site will be sent directly over to HSPA upon completion.  Those credits will be directly applied to your HSPA account.

No, unfortunately.  For all other certification bodies (other than HSPA) you will need to download your certificates upon completion, or go into your transcript (see above on how to do that) to then access your CE certificates.  No other certification body currently has the capability for automatic application to individual's accounts.
